TERMS OF SALE

All our kittens are raised with a pedigree and registration with FIFe. They leave for their new home after the 12th week at the earliest.

The contract is signed only with a future owner over the age of 18. The kitten is also hand over only to the future owner. We never sell to third parties for resale.

Visit us:

If you are interested in a kitten, a visit around the 10th week is possible.

Reservation:

If you decide for a kitten, a booking fee (1/3 of the price) is required. In the event of cancellation by an interested party, the booking fee is non-refundable, due to lost profits and increased costs. In case of withdrawal from the contract on my part, the booking fee is refundable in full.

We carefully choose new owners as we care about the environment in which the kitten will grow up, Thus, please write us a few lines about yourself:

• whether you live in a house or an apartment
• whether you have a secured household (windows, balcony, garden)
• if you already own a pet
• whether you have experience with cats or this is your first kitten
• who will take care of the kitten in case of your absence

The kittens are intended to be indoor definitely not outdoor cats where they can be in danger. In case of neglect of care or any abuse of the kitten, I reserve the right to take the kitten back, without financial compensation.

We are in close contact with the new owners (remotely by photos&videos).

We care about our cats, therefore, our care and interest do not end with a departure of the kitten to a new family.
